The optics on these lenses are great. I could focus very well manually and my Canon Rebel could focus automatically with the lenses as well. I could not see any difference between them and the Canon lenses I have. Both were easy to mount and dismount from the camera and both were easy to handle while zooming and focusing. I recommend these lenses to anyone with a Canon Rebel camerea.

So far I have received all but one lens (28-80mm) Per the packing slip, the missing lens is on back order. I sent a message to the seller inquiring on when I can expect to receive the missing lens and unfortunately, they don't have an estimated ship date. All in all, the other items included in the package work out really well for me. The bag is the perfect size for my camera and extra accessories and the lens I did receive is amazing.

I don't know in depth of lens technology, since I am new to this field and I don't hesitate to call myself a novice user in this field. However I have been learning of late about all this stuff and reading the reviews of lens. About Sigma 70-300 DG lens - I am happy with it; I get to play around a lot connecting it to Canon 450D. Worth mentioning that I got very good portrait pictures and macros using this lense. It covers quite a good distance. Backgorund blurr effect is amazing. Quality may not be called as "Outstanding" as compared to canon telephoto lens. I will post few pictures taken by this lens.

Here's the deal... Invest in a nice lens, and learn to color balance this camera (buy the DVD that teaches you how to use it).. The things this camera can do is just amazing... and for this price it's a no brainer.... I have had the camera for over 2 years and have never been so happy with a purchase in my life.... LEARN to color balance it with a white card and learn to use the "M" mode and you will never need another camera... They say it's an amatuer camera, but we use it professionally for product shots... It's darn good and that's all there is too it... You could get the Xsi too but for the price this is more of a value... God bless you and God bless America and all of our allies... In GOD we trust!!

I love this camera!!! I noticed many people saying the same in all the comments I read, and after purchasing the camera and using it for the past 3 months I absolutely agree with them all. I LOVE this camera! Its easy to operate (especially for a beginner as myself) and light enough for people transitioning from a point-&-shoot camera. The sensor cleaning is very helpful (particularly when one travels to areas where there are a lot of dirt roads). The software that comes along with the camera kit is also easy to use and a great organizational tool. Now I need to look for a new lens, the one that comes with the kit does not have a far enough range for me, and you will definitely need more if you travel much. Cameta Camera was super fast in shipping the camera so a big thumbs up for them.

This is a great bag is you have 2 bodies and a few lenses. It easily holds my set-up including a couple speedlights and a 70-200 F2.8 lens with ease. The memory card and battery management system is also great. It is also fully configurable to accomadate the specific equipment you may have. For the working pro who needs lighting and is away from the office for long periods it may not hold all of your requirements. I am considering a second case just for my speedlights, batteries and electrical systems (chargers etc) It is very well made in the Tamrac tradition and should last for a lifetime.
